The bottom line.  There are many options in building a custom instrument and we need to talk for a while about your needs and desires.  Then we can put together your instrument plan and a price can be determined.  In general, I can build a custom instrument for you competitive with any high quality guitar available in the music shops.

Warranty.  I personally warrant my instruments from craftsmanship defects for the life of the instrument to the original purchaser.  Items not covered by this warranty are  finish cracks, wood cracks, damages resulting from neglect or abuse, damages resulting from lack of proper humidification and normal wear and tear of the instrument, i.e. if you play it till the frets are worn out, we gotta' talk about how much a fret job is going to cost.

In order to get in the construction line, you'll need to make a down payment of $200 for electrics and $500 for acoustic and archtop models which will be used to secure your place in line.  At this time, I'll provide you with a serial number for your new guitar.   The cost of the construction slot is nonrefundable until your guitar has cleared the assembly process and has been sold.  That means, if you make the commitment to purchase an instrument, you expect a similar commitment for me to deliver.  Electric guitars are priced ala cart and during the construction phase a payment to cover electronics and hardware will be requested.  When your instrument is finished, the remainder is due prior to delivery.

If you want to get started on the process of having an instrument built for you please contact me.  I also accept credit card payment for construction slots and can provide you with the option of paying for the whole guitar with you credit card.
